After an amazing event of Learn4D365 at the airport Schwechat it was time for the first day of Directions EMEA 2024 in Vienna.
About 3200 attendees on site, hundreds of amazing sessions waiting and too little time.
As always, the first thing to do is the keynote. And one thing to note first – Agent is the new Copilot. Or a part of Copilot, or a Copilot itself…. The first big thing was not Copilot, it was the Sales Order Agent. What? No Copilot? Well, still AI, but in this case called Agent.
Pretty powerful tool when it works as shown. To sum it up, you can get an email to a desired account with an order from your customer, and as a result the agent sends the sales quote to your customer, totally automated. Of course you can interact, you need to at least confirm, but the process itself is totally automated, and of course powered by Copilot (Agent (AI))
By the way, this is what Microsoft means by Agents & Copilot
It’s really nice that Chat with Copilot is making its way into all environments, not just the US, but still only in English.
